Membership & Team Reward Program — Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Overview

  • The 03 International Badminton Club (“the Club”) offers monthly membership programs designed to provide discounted court bookings, team reward points, and other exclusive benefits to active members.

  • Membership is personal and non-transferable. Each member must register with accurate personal information.

  • Members must maintain an active status (valid payment and compliance with Club policies) to be eligible for ongoing rewards and benefits.

2. Membership Fees & Payment

  • Monthly membership fees are non-refundable once processed.

  • Payment methods:

    • Zelle: 360-975-8432 (Jeleen Company LLC)

    • Check payable to: 03 International Badminton Club

  • The Club reserves the right to adjust membership rates with 30 days’ notice.

  • Failure to renew or complete payment on time may result in suspension or termination of membership privileges, including access to rewards and discounts.

3. Team Reward Points Program

  • Members earn points based on court booking activities under the Club’s Team Reward System.

  • Points are calculated according to team participation, court hours, and multiplier values as defined by the Club.

  • Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

  • The Club reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the reward system, or adjust point values, multipliers, and redemption requirements at any time without prior notice.

  • Abuse or manipulation of the reward system (including false bookings or account sharing) will result in immediate disqualification and possible membership termination.

  • Team leaders who book on behalf of others are responsible for ensuring all participants are active members and comply with these Terms.

4. Booking & Cancellation

  • Court reservations may be made online at https://www.03intlbadminton.net/scheduling or in person.

  • Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received.

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the reserved time will receive full credit toward future bookings.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reserved time are non-refundable and non-creditable.

  • No-shows will forfeit all booking fees and any points earned for that reservation.

  • Members are encouraged to update their team roster prior to booking to ensure accurate point distribution.

5. Facility Use & Conduct

  • Courts are available from 7:00 AM to 12:00 Midnight daily.

  • Please arrive on time; late arrivals will not extend court time.

  • Only indoor, non-marking shoes are allowed on court.

  • No food or drink (except water) is permitted on court.

  • Players must bring their own rackets and shuttles unless otherwise arranged.

  • The Club reserves the right to remove any individual for inappropriate behavior, unsafe conduct, or rule violations.

6. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

  • By registering as a member and/or participating in Club activities, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with playing badminton and using the Club’s facilities.

  • This includes, but is not limited to, risks of injury, illness, accident, property damage, or loss arising from participation, equipment use, or facility conditions.

  • The Club, its owners, coaches, staff, and affiliates are not responsible or liable for any personal injury, illness, death, property damage, or property loss that may occur before, during, or after your participation—regardless of cause, including negligence.

  • You acknowledge that badminton is a physically demanding activity and that injuries may occur without fault of the Club.

  • By registering others (including minors), you confirm that all participants are covered by this Liability Waiver and that you have the authority to consent on their behalf.

  • You agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Club from any and all claims, demands, or actions related to your participation or presence at the facility.

7. Data & Privacy

  • By becoming a member, you agree that your contact information and participation data may be used by the Club to manage your membership, track points, and deliver updates about Club programs.

  • The Club will not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

  • Text communication consent:
    You agree to receive up to 4 promotional or program-related text messages per month from 03 International Badminton Club.
    Msg & data rates may apply. Text STOP to opt out, or HELP for assistance.
    No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
    All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

8. Suspension or Termination

  • The Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership if a member violates Club policies, fails to pay dues, or engages in misconduct that compromises the safety, integrity, or reputation of the Club.

  • In cases of termination, all unused points and privileges will be forfeited without refund.

9. Agreement

By enrolling in the membership program, participating in Club activities, or using any 03 International Badminton Club facility, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the Liability Waiver and the Team Reward Program rules.
