Tournament Rules:

1. Event Type: All matches are singles only.

2. Divisions:

• Semi-Competitive

• Competitive

3. Gender: Both divisions are mixed; there will be no separate boys’ or girls’ groups.

4. Match Format: Best of three games, each game to 21 points.

5. Tournament Structure:

• Stage 1: Group stage (round-robin format).

• Stage 2: Single-elimination playoffs to determine 1st–4th place.

6. Elite Team Requirement: All Elite Team players must participate in the U19 division.

7. Eligibility: Participants must be registered students in the 03 International Badminton Club Fall 2025 programs.

8. Entry Fee: $30 per player.

9. Registration Deadline: , At 12:00 PM, November 10, 2025

10. Check-in: Players should arrive and check in at least 15 minutes before their first match. Late arrivals may result in walkover (WO) if not present after two calls.

11. Refereeing:

Group stage matches will be self-officiated with mutual respect.

Referees may assist during knockout rounds as needed.

12. Equipment: Players must bring their own rackets.

13. Code of Conduct: All players are expected to demonstrate respect, honesty, and good sportsmanship. Any form of unsportsmanlike behavior may lead to disqualification.

14. Awards: Medals will be presented to the Top 3 players in each division.

The schedule and court assignments will be announced closer to the event date.

Matches will start promptly at 9:00 AM; players should be prepared for back-to-back games.

The organizer reserves the right to adjust formats or scheduling based on the number of participants.
