Final event arrangements will be confirmed after registration closes.
5. Check-in: Players should arrive and check in at least 15 minutes before their first match.
Late arrivals may result in walkover (WO) if not present after two calls.
6. Refereeing:
Group stage matches will be self-officiated with mutual respect.
Referees may assist during knockout rounds as needed.
7. Equipment: Players must bring their own rackets.
8. Code of Conduct: All players are expected to demonstrate respect, honesty, and good sportsmanship. Any form of unsportsmanlike behavior may lead to disqualification.
9. Notes
The schedule and court assignments will be announced closer to the event date.
Matches will start promptly at 9:00 AM; players should be prepared for back-to-back games.
The organizer reserves the right to adjust formats or scheduling based on the number of participants.
